Welcome to the Positive Survivors Living with HIV/AIDS’ site; the pleasure is all ours.

My name is Percy Whiteman; I am the Founder and Executive Director of Positive Survivors Living with HIV/AIDS.

I would personally like to welcome and thank you for visiting our web site hopefully your experience will be pleasant, interactive and educational.

We are the premier site to visit and learn about HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. We offer users the ability to explore resources, interact via message, discussion boards, and also learn from each other’s experiences about living with HIV/AIDS.

My personal journey and experiences stemming from contracting HIV has been a driving force behind the development of this website and our organization. Through it all, Positive Survivors Living with HIV/AIDS has evolved into community of diverse individuals with many personal experiences relating to HIV/AIDS. It is through the hard work and collaboration from my fellow talented Directors and community members’ which has allowed Positive Survivors Living with HIV/AIDS to grow since June 2006. As a result, it has expanded into an open community focused on promoting positive change within local communities and the stigmas of living with HIV/AIDS.

It is our fundamental desire to develop a community whereby people from all backgrounds and circumstances can come together and explicitly discuss HIV/AIDS information and experiences. By fostering an open dialogue between users we can promote the positive change of peoples’ minds, actions and promote long lasting changes within our communities. Again, you are welcome! We hope you enjoy and most of all benefit from this experience.
